Costs are very reasonable -- for single family homes the Buyer-Only package costs $399 plus a $60 service fee per repair call; for a package which covers the Seller and Buyer the cost is $439 plus a $60 service fee per repair call. Prices are slightly lower for villas or townhomes and are higher for multi-family units.
