Hampton Lake is a community centered on nature and fresh water. The property is adjacent to Hampton Hall and located between routes 278 and 46, with access from 278 and the planned Bluffton Parkway. It contains over 900 acres featuring a large 165 acre freshwater lake designed to offer residents beautiful shorelines and greenways, which connect walkers, joggers, boaters and wildlife enthusiasts.
