Rose Dhu Creek Plantation is a unique 320-acre equestrian community located in Bluffton on Hwy 46 between Rt. 170 and Buckwalter Parkway. It is a short drive to Hilton Head, Savannah or Beaufort. Rose Dhu Creek is designed to appeal to residents who desire larger home sites and freedom from restrictions common to other areas. Rose Dhu is located on Rose Dhu Creek with large estate home sites ranging from 1 to 5 acres, taking advantage of the marsh, creek, majestic oaks, abundant wildlife and their natural habitat. The Rose Dhu Creek Equestrian Center is one of the finest in the country and is home to many horse shows, riding competitions and equestrian events. The plantation encourages freedom of expression such as tree houses, gardens, pets and long driveways.

Rose Dhu Creek Plantation is designed to take advantage of the natural beauty of the area. The equestrian center includes a 16,000 square feet barn with 32 stalls and several large covered arenas for practice and competitions. The community has over 6 miles of meandering riding trails along the creek, marshes and woodlands and the Pool and Pavilion area is a central meeting place for cookouts, oyster roasts and private parties. Residents can board or even lease horses and can take advantage of the full time staff for lessons and training. Rose Dhu Plantation has the feel of the country yet is near to all of the in-town amenities of the Bluffton/Hilton Head area.
